Complaint , Makro Online .

Worst experience ever . I have made an order on Monday , 1st of April 2025 . I did not recieve any confirmation email nor an order number. I tried to reach out to them , called them and emailed them , I still did not get any response but money's already deducted on my bank Account. They asked me to send my proof of payment along with my card number and a copy of my ID and I did . What ****es me off is that they are not even sure when this matter will be resolved . I ordered a laptop for school with my last money , now I can't even study or do my assignments . I am just asking for a refund . I honestly do not recommend anyone to shop online on Makro
