Complaint: Makro online

I purchased a projector end of Dec 2024 and was delivered on the 02nd Jan 2025 only find out it was faulty,giving an error message when connecting. It was returned on the 25th Feb after battling with Makro to collect it. It's now 30 May with no refund . I called, emailed and WhatsApp - just everything they told me to do, I did but now I'm sent from pillar-to-post with my refund
