Complaint

I bought microwave two months back from makro online, I used it for two weeks and it went off then I logged a return for repair via contact centre and they assured me that they will come and collect it during the week but since the end of March until now it's May, I heard nothing from them. Order number MAK941781. The whatsapp agents will always say we're transferring you everyday but still nothing it's happening... Bad service from Makro
