Complaint against Makro

On the 22February 2022 I bought a Ryobi Lawnmower at Makro Centurion. During February 2023 the lawnmower giving me problems. On the 1th of March I took it in and Makro referred me to Ryobi in Midrand. Both parties told me the product is out of warranty and they not going to fix it.
