Complaint against Abdel hoosen :Makro Cornubia Liquor bulk

Good day. This is a complaint against Makro Cornubia's liquor bulk supervisor Abdel hoosen. He isn't being fair to all customers. I am a liquor bulk trader that qualifies for trader discounts as well as stocks when available as we are aware of liquor shortages. Yesterday the 16th of March 2022, I was told by Abdel hoosen that there were no Carling black label 750ml RB quarts in stock. As I proceeded to exit the store without any stock, other customers told me to wait because the black label quarts are still in stock and that Abdel hoosen advised them that the staff will be bringing out the stock. Abdel doesn't load proper discounts which forces me to shop at other liquor outlets and he is clearly showing favoritism and when asked to speak to a manager he says that they are in meetings on numerous occasions.
