Complaint

I am so disappointed with Makro Germiston Gauteng liquor store, yesterday went to buy some sparkling wine named "Chateau Del Re"i, only to find out it was out stock. was advised to go to some guy at the help desk to ask for them which store might be having stock, they checked other stores only to find out that Centurion has 37 cases left,which is the only store around Gauteng that has it. I drove to Centurion today only to find out it was out of stock since June and the one in store is expired. my question is that a'rent you updating on your systems with regards to what other stores have in the floor. my time and petrol is wasted for nothing.
