Complaint about Makro SA online services

since i bought a ps4 on Makro SA online on the 26th of november hoping to receive it on between 7-10 working days as advertised. Pathetic unacceptable service from your company- placed order on 26th November to receive before Christmas but to date have received it yet- unprofessional unhelpful service from your ***centre- called them numerous times and they kept telling me that they will call the courier DSV) and call me back but never did-the last time they had me on hold for 45 minutes before telling me the courier closed today or the courier is not answering the phone- they gave me dsv numbers and everytime i contact dsv they tell me that they never collected my parcel. when i ask them to contact a store @ polokwane to arrange with them to give me the ps4 the still ignore my request and i already spent over a 1000 trying to contact them. i get better service from smaller companies- will never use your company again- absolutely unbelievable.

i hope they can be exposed for their pathetic services
