Complaint about Makro Gonubie

We bought ice making machine yesterday at makro gonubie yesterday when we open it at home its not what we expected it was too small for the purpose. Yes we opened it otherwise we wouldn't have noticed. We brought it back , they refuse to give us our money saying it was opened🤷🏽♂️. Im very unhappy with Makro
