complaint

ordered an iPhone 11 using pay flex on the 15th of July. Money was deducted on my account also on pay flex the transaction was successful. I called Makro they said they had system issue the will do refund i have been calling writing emails since the 20th of July still nothing. The sad part is that pay flex will deduct money from my account on the 15th of august so i will be paying for something that I don't have because of Makro.

Makro can you just refund my money
