I bought bon voyage pots on special at makro on 18/11/2024 order number Mak*** the day the store cancelled my order without my knowledge and they told me they were out of stock, I used payflex to pay the 1st installment of R527 which must be refunded to me but till this day I haven't got the money, Makro is sending me from pillar to post they fail to resolve this matter they keep telling me they sending it to finance but with no results and payflex keeps going to my account on a daily basis to deduct money from my account.payflex refers me to Makro and Makro refers me to payflex
