I write this to complain about Makro service, I have placed an order on the 23 November 2023 and the estimated delivery date was 29 November 2023 but it's not delivered yet. I've been calling them since friday last week but I haven't got my order
I hope you could help me with this. My order number is MAK***. Thanks in advance

I've been calling ,sending texts on whatsapp and email but didn't get any response
I think I should just cancel the order once because I don't think would get it anytime soon
