Complaint

I went into Makro Yesterday and purchased a Hisense chest freezer. I asked the sales person when it will be delivered and he said it will be delivered today 2 December 2021. It was never delivered, and after trying to contact the store multiple time I couldn't get through. I arranged for meat to be delivered at 18:00 hours but now I have nowhere to put my meat as I dont have a feeezer for it. What is Makro going to do about my bulk meat order that might spoil now?
