I placed this order on Thursday the 11th and delivery was scheduled for the 13th. The morning of Friday I got a text and email that my order will be delivered on Friday the 12th, of which I decided to work from home the whole day. I did not receive a call and the delivery never came.

I waited for Saturday as that was the initial delivery date. I waited at home the entire day and no call from driver and the order is still not in. I am annoyed as I needed that order for the holiday on the 16th. I hate that I am not even able to track the order or have a contact person. this is terrible service.
