worst service ever received. I have been a loyal customer for the past 6 years and have never missed a payment on my account. For some reason the Insurance department put a block on my account stating I put a claim which was never the case. I have been waiting for the pass 3 weeks for the block to be removed which has still not happened. They did request proof of employment which was sent like 10 times but yet nothing happened.
I wonder if I will eventually receive some acknowledgement instead of receiving out of office replies from RCS...
Pathetic service received from the Claims department at RCS.

Miss a payment and you are harassed the very next day with 10-20 calls a day. Thank you for not lifting the block on my account cos I have now finally come to an end of oweing R19100. RCS Closed - Macro - Blocked... Stop calling me for a Pick n Pay store card...
