Complaint

I made a purchase on the 12th of July till this day it hasn't arrived mind due they told me it takes 3 -7 business to arrive. I have made calls to management they are telling me that they will fix the issue , I have made 4 calls already and it's still the same thing I feel like if they aren't able to deliver they should refund people their money, because they can't leave me on hold for more than 10 minutes. I don't recommend Makro online this is the last time I will be making any purchase linked to Makro.
