Complained

Good day i would like to notify you about the bad experience that I have received at Màkro on the 12th of May I place an online order ,I was expecting it to be delivered on the 21-05-2026, when I check on my app it shows that the order has not been picked up by the upcourier I call Makro this morning they refer me courier when I called courier they went to fetch the order but they were told that Oder was not ready for collection ,what is so disgusting no one is calling me for an update up until I took an initiation to contact them ,even after contacted them I didn't get a straight no one is giving a correct information they only took my Oder number don't come back to me I contacted head office to lay my complain they promised to come back to me I'm still waiting and I need a proper answer so they left me hanging I'm so dissapointed I trusted Makro with my all hearth but with this kind of service that I have received I'm so dissapointed ,I can't even hold back my tears I don't even know who to contact as I've tried all the channels but I don't get any assistance I'm asking my self if this is the way you treat and prioritise your customers the only thing I was told is that they don't promise me anything how can you tell your customers I've realised that you don't value your customers,you don't treat your customers with respect the culture of customer service is not met can someone please assist me with my query and take me serious my order number is OD*** courier MMDL-568072 my contact number *** alternative *** can someone kindly assist with this I need to know what's the way forward you assistance will be highly appreciated
