Complain for Busisiwe Ntonjeni from Makro Alberton

We went to Makro Alberton and we’re called to fill 42. We made a mistake a went to till 43 where the lady told us that 42 is behind her. We went to 42 and the lady on the till told us that she has a customer referring to a guy who was behind us. She later refused to assist and said she is not afraid of anyone including her manager. I went to service desk and later said we were swearing at her. Her name is Busisiwe Ntonjeni and this occurred between 15:00 and 15:10
