my Name is Thobile i bought a fridge at Makro about a year ago. its now giving me problems and i reported it, det promised to send a technician but still nothing. The techinician only called me and asked for my location pin and the details of the fridge. he never showed up. i need help because my grocery is getting spoiled. my case number is Case Ref: 96-250486.
