Complain

I bought a Hisense washing machine from Makro online on the 6th of August, after 2 weeks it was faulty and couldn't spin when using it. I logged a query with Makro on the 27th of August, spoke to Kgomotso ref(***) and they said they'll escalate to Hisense to send someone to check, which took another 2 weeks for me to get someone from Hisense to come to my house after endless follow-ups and calls with no update from both companies unless I call them. A guy by the name of Sbusiso came on the 17th of September and told me that he's going to order a part that is damaged and they'll come back within 5 business, till this date I'm still waiting for the 5 business for the guy to come back to my house and fix the machine! Still no call or any form of an update from both Makro and Hisense! I called hisense yesterday, I was told they'll send someone today, Sbusiso called me again asking me to send him my location, I told him I'm at work but I can give him directions to my house but he refused, instead he insisted on the location. Unbelievable, my mom who is always at the house is not on whatsapp or technology smart so she's not able to send the location. All I wish for right now is for Makro online to come take their machine and refund me. I still have the receipt and I'm not happy with this type of service I'm getting. I've been patient enough and it has been a huge inconvenience for my family living without the machine! I'm emotionally drained from having to shout and scream for a service that I paid for. My biggest sin was to buy the machine and now I'm paying a hefty price for it! I'm so disappointed coz I never thought I'd get such a service from such big and reputable companies as if I'm dealing with ****a shops. Hisense reference number :***

I gave them my alternative number to call since I'm not able to take calls when I'm at work but to my surprise they never use it. If they call and I don't answer they never call the second number I gave, haai guys this is not ON!!! PLEASE HEAR ME OUT!!!!!
