Complain

I ordered a TV set at Makro November 2021,i have not received my order till today, Makro sent me an email stating that I have requested a refund of which I did not do, they said they will refund the money back to my account but till today they have not delivered the Tv set and they have not refunded the amount due to me since Makro said they don't have stock. It is the 3rd of January today but no refund and no delivery and no explanation or a calling updating me about the issue.
