Complain

I purchased Microwave at makro online and And I only used it for two weeks and it went off... I booked it back for repair and thet responded two months after I logged a return and they finally came to collect the microwave and returned it after two weeks without fixing it or even sending me an email to tell me what the problem was and if they wanted other documents or what.. When I try to contacting them to find out why they didn't fix my microwave they just transfer to a number that rings with no answer.. Makro is a very bad customer service is like is not even a big store.. I'm very disappointed. I just want my refund I can't buy an item with so much money and use it for only two weeks..
