Complain about getting my refund back from makro
On the 25th of August I made an online order at Makro then on the 27th of August I woke up to an email saying my order has been cancelled due to shock out of order fine. Then they advised that I’m going to receive my refund within 7to 14 working days. Till date I haven’t received my refund I call but still I’m not assisted. They keep on telling that we see that it written on the system pending approval for refund but still I haven’t received anything. I’m extremely frustrated il never ever again make any purchase with makro. I need assistance in getting my refund please help.

Again I’m raising my frustrations by the time you rep**** on Saturday I was thinking you were serious and was going to prioritise my case. It been 5weeks and counting i haven’t received my refund if I calls today im getting the same response that the finance department haven’t responded the status is still pending, And they don’t have a direct number to contact them. I need a way forward what must I do to get my refund I’ve been waiting way to long and it sickens me.
