Complain about Fridge Delivery

I bought a LG Double Door Fridge at Makro Crowns at R32 399.00,it was delivered on the 31 October 2022 around 7.00pm The fridge had dents,I reported the matter to them and they did attend to it they made to understand that they will get another one from the other store and do exchange,and someone called me to confirm that fridge will be delivered on Wednesday 16/11/2022.Later on the same Wednesday some one called me to confirm that the fridge was going to be delivered on Thursday now both the two days my days got wasted because I had to wait now the time is 4.40pm 17 November 2022 NO fridge has been delivered. I see MAKRO CROWN MINES as been so disrespect ,no customer care how do you do that when you have inconvinience someone. I dont know their Logistic problem they cant bring them to me its non of my business Mpho didnt bother to call
