Complain

I am very disappointed with your telesales rep {Jenny}.On Saturday I called to find out they had stock of coldrinks 330ml and a pallets of Aquelle 330ml and she confirmed they did.I sent my driver to go and fetch the stock on Monday as I had requested her to put the stock aside for me.To my surprise the pallet of water wasn't there and no effort whatsoever was done to call me and apologies for wasting my time and expensive fuel to drive all the way there for no reason.Mind you this was the second time she treated me this way as I had a 1st Terrible experience with her services.As if that wasn't enough on Tuesday around 8:45 in the morning I went to the store as I am regular there and she blatantly looked me in the eyes and told me it wasn't her fault and couldn't apologies and she went on to tell me she was never gonna assist anymore.My 1st question is who am I to blame as she confirmed she had stock and she was gonna keep it for mi.I really need feed back on this from the management ASAP....
