Complain

I bought an ice maker "snow master " 50kg at makro amanzimtoti around June, December came find out the machine has a problem , it working fine for couple of days then it says default like maybe for 2 or 3 days then it works again, so I called the store asking them what to do , the person who Pic up the phone told me to bring it back , so January I called a plumber to take it out n so I brought it back to the store , to tell you something n what I'm really angry about is that from the 7th of January until today my machine is not back yet , and I'm so mad and angry at the workers of that store on the returns because they actually forgot to send the machine to the supplier to get it sorted out , they only sent it on the day I phoned to check weather it back , now I'm suffering coz with that machine I'm doing business, and I was not supposed to send it to the store from the 1st place because it 50kg ice maker the machenic was supposed to come n fix it in my place

I'm very disappointed 😞 n I told them that if it not back back by this week I will have demand my money back
