Complain

Order was made 21 Dec 2024, Makro Online Market place to date I have still not received my refund I have numerous times spoke to them I logged a return and they didn’t fetch the goods I ended up taking them back to Makro online but still a month later no refund I’m totally disappointed and seing other reviews it means something is terribly wrong there . I ordered luggage 3 piece set which came in wrong colour and damaged and neck pillow which they delivered the wrong one without a pouch so they just deliver what’s available to them at the time .
