I bought a tv set on Makro online on the 24th of November, they kept on sending emails and messages apologizing about the delay on the delivery and yesterday I got an email telling me that they are going to refund me without my consent or without me asking for refund, the only thing that I was waiting for was my delivery and they did not deliver the tv set and they said they will refund. I have not yet received the money, Makro service is very bad and unproffessional. Their service is very bad, I don't need a refund that I didn't ask for, I need a tv set not money, they should not have approved i payments or an order if they didn't have stock.

I said that i didn't ask for any refund, I need TV set that I paid for, Makro shouldn't have accepted my payment , want my TV set that I have paid for, I paid the money the same day and you are now telling me that you are going to refund after so many days, I don't want money, I want TV set that I bought and you took the payment, whatever the circumstance is, I don't want the money, I want my delivery of the TV set before the end of this week or else, I will take the matter further.you haven't even given me the reason why you are refundingme without my conset.If this issue is not resolved before the end of this week,II thinkI have to take this matter further.
