Comfy home furnitures via Makro is a NO

I recently bought a 3 seater couch from Makro for 6669 marked down, this product is still on the website and still on ads. I bought on 21st of June was meant to be delivered July 3rd after waiting an extra day and no feedback i called them said on the website it still shows my order has been processed no updates after i made the initial purchase. They said they could not get hold of the manufacturer Comfy Home Furnitures! (I called 3 times this week) after waiting 48hrs they still heard nothing from this company again I called the day after delivery was promised they said if they don’t hear back they’ll have to cancel the order. Literally an hour after my call my couch order was canceled and I was issued a refund coz the company was now out of stock “allegedly” i mean why wait 2 weeks to tell us that, what about the new customers that are purchasing and waiting during this time as well! At least remove the products or perhaps stop doing business with a company you can’t get hold of. I myself could ‘t find any information on this company online, the only reason I bought was coz they have products on takealot as well and the reviews were amazing! So not really sure who to blame here but don’t wait 2 full weeks to tell your clients you don’t have stock
