Combo: Midea 8kg washing machine and 20l Microwave

I ordered a washing machine that comes with a microwave as a combo on the 27th of March. They were scheduled to be delivered on the 29th of March. I only received the washing machine and the microwave was never delivered. Their driver claims it’s a failed delivery but he never pitched or call, no communication at all.

I have been calling and WhatsApping for 3 weeks now with no luck of new delivery date for my microwave. Same response all the time”it has been escalated and you will receive feedback from the DC”. My microwave is at Gosforth DC and they say I can’t collect it. At least I’m coming up with a solution but no Makro says aii you can’t. This is unacceptable and draining.
