Collection and Refund process.

Makro is Pathetic. I logged a Return on a Sleeper Couch on the 17th May 2023 the Courier Guys came to fetch the Item 19 May but could not collect he item because they needed a Print out Wabel. I called Makro to inform them about it, consultants has now made promises from the 19th May everyday till the 26th of May that the Wabel will be sent, but still nothing. On the 29th May i called again and a consultant kept me on the line and assisted immediately by sending the Wabel and it was collected the next Day the 30th May 2023. After all my airtime i wasted for 7 days. Now the couch was collected and i am waiting for the refund which was apparently already scheduled for payment on their system. I called them the 13th June 2023 they said it's already scheduled for the refund but now it's 9 days with No communication from them and i called three times and the consultants gave me the same run around/excuse it has been escalated. Now Today i called in on the 19th June which is now 14 Days and No refund or any form of communication from Makro.
