Coleman 8-Position Recliner chair broken handle within the first hour of usage

I bought a Coleman 8-Position Recliner chair at Makro Woodmead on the 4th February 2018 to take with to my holiday. I drove 12hours to coffee bay from Johannesburg and upon arrival at the beach I took my newly bought Recliner chair to the beach to relax gusting at the waves as the sea breeze passed through my hairless head.

To my surprise within the first hour of using the chair the right handle broke rendering my chair useless. I paid R1000 for a chair to take to holiday and it broke on the first hour of my 5days vacation. I am disappointed and angry that Makro would sell such low quality products at high rate, I will not let this one rest my holiday has been ruined and all the plans I had just got washed down the drain together with the Recliner chair...I need assistance... this is disappointing
