Clueless attempt at e-commerce by Makro

I previously commented on Makro's inability to deliver my order and their inapt way of handling the complaint I lodged in this regard with them. They finally confirmed that they received my order and that it was paid for but still requested proof that I had paid for the order. I sent them a copy of their invoice where the method and amount of payment is noted to no avail. The *********** working on my complaint (Mpho Moruthane) refuses to arrange that my order is delivered. These people does e-commerce so bad they should stick to bricks and mortar that they can understand.
