Clownish Makro App

@Makro_SA , I paid for an order and the status of of my order has been stuck on "Awaiting Payment". I've been talking to them since Sunday, I even sent the PoP, and to date, they keep saying they escalated the matter to "Finance department". How is it possible that they were so quick to deduct money from my account but they want to take 65 years to fix this issue? I mean it's not even my problem, it's their fault that the app is not functioning properly. Lol that whatsapp chat bot is also nonsense cause no one comes back to you after lodging a complain. I had to spend so much on airtime in order to speak to them about this issue. Leave the app Makro, just cancel it! You're clearly failing.
