closing time ????

We ordered meat to be cut at 13h30 and your store closes at 14h00. we were told that the manager needs to approve this request and once he had ordered our meat to be cut, we were told to come back and collect our cut lamb in a few minutes. Once I got home I discovered a half butchered animal cut apart with the bluntest blade you could find. This meat was packed in 2 bulk bags not even separated at all. I was disgusted with this service. That purchase alone costed R1700 apart from the rest of our shopping and it was as if we were being done a huge favour. The amount of bone shrapnel spread across the meat was shocking. The portion sizes are bigger than my casserole dish. To top it all off, once we got to the till we were made to wait for 30min due to a printing error of our receipt. Next time you advertise your closing time - stick to it, otherwise you should close earlier so that we don't get the worst service in the world.
