Closing Makro/RCS Credit Card

I have requested my credit card with Makro to be closed 4 days ago and to date I have not received any response yet the account has been fully settled. I urgently need this account to be closed but it seems Makro and RCS are stalling the process to inconvenience me. This is unacceptable.

All I get as a response is this:
