closes doors before closing time

I will never go to Makro Centurion ever again and will report them to every social media out there. Arrive at 5 min before closing time just to buy 1 small item then only to find out they have closed the entrance and refuse anyone to come in. Go to the exit sign and ask security if they can let me in only to get told she is the superviser and cant allow that only to call a manager named Debbie or something like that who was so rude and tells me they close at 6 they cant help me.
