Close my damn account

How many phone calls or emails can it take 1 company to close an account in their book! I have spent the last 4 months trying to close off this account. I've sent paid up letter to so many different people within RCS,up until the collections manager and still you cannot seem to close the account....now I am being harassed by rude collections agents who do not give the customer time to speak..I will never take a product within the RCS group ever again
