Makro online store has the worst service ever, the call centre even worse. firstly I have placed an order using the Makro online platform everything went well. Now on the 28th of June 2023 i made an online order with makro centurion the service went bad.

After placing my order and a whole day went by, just to receive an email with an invoice stating my order has packed and recieved by theor and will be delivered on the 29th of june and some of the items were cancelled due to out of stock. So no one ever consulted me about the,way forward about this or what's gonna happen after.

Saturday morning 1July 2023 I contacted the call centreano one has answered my calls. which is unacceptable. why did the system allow me to seamlessly place an order because there was sufficient stock. and why did the store not contact me with regards to inventory notbeing correct.

On Sunday 2 July 2023 I again phoned to follow up on this cal,no one has answered my calls.So Makro, I want my order fulfilled and delivered or give a raincheck on the amount and price as to this is not my fault that you cannot run an online store inven
