Christmas Party without drinks!
I placed an order for our Christmas party in the morning on the 21st of November. Delivery time was 2-5 days. It's now the day before the party and I have been phoning constantly and e-mailing and no one will tell me if my order is going to get here in time. I just need to know if I'm not going to get it so I can get a refund and buy my goods elsewhere. Please urgently advise?

You obvioulsy didn't read my message, this is a time sensitive matter as our party is tomorrow. If you're going to get back to me in 24 hours it's too late.
I have had to phone again, was put through to the manager Tshepo who said he'd phone me back. That was 20 minutes ago.
If you can't make the delivery I would just like to know so I cancel the order and make other urgent arrangement.
Need an answer now please?
