Cheated by Makro: 27 Months Without a Product or Refund"

Following up on my previous complaint, I am disappointed to report that we have not received any positive feedback or resolution from Makro regarding our issue with the Bennett Read Virtuoso Mixer. Despite receiving an email stating that they attempted to call us (without success) and suggesting we visit the store to request a refund for the credit note, we have seen no action.

In response to their email, I asked Makro to provide the call log as evidence of their attempt to reach us, but we received no further communication. Furthermore, it is important to reiterate that we did visit the store to request our money back, only to be denied. This ongoing lack of accountability is exactly why we are lodging this complaint.

We remain frustrated that, after 26 months, we are without the product and our money, while Makro has shown little effort to resolve the matter. We urge Makro to take immediate and meaningful action to address this situation.
