Cheated by Makro: 26 Months Without a Product or Refund

We are extremely disappointed with Makro's service. We bought a Bennett Read Virtuoso Mixer on 30.04.2022, and it malfunctioned after 7 months. After several repairs and complaints, Makro refused a refund and only offered a six-month credit note. Despite providing our Makro card number and waiting 26 months, we have no product and Makro has kept our money. This is unacceptable. We feel cheated and demand immediate resolution.
