Cheaper alternative item delivered , no communication for a return

Pathetic after-service and no communication regarding a return for a product that was sent as an alternative and much cheaper than the ordered item. No communication to ask if i wanted an alternative or refund.

Still awaiting proper feedback and when they will collect and refund me.
