Went into Makro Montague Gardens to buy 55 inch LG TV after being served by Paul I was convinced into "upgrading"? to 65 inch model. Paul then proceeded to convince me to pay the extra for extended warranty (which I never do!) this after he went out of his way with advice on my Home theater system. I have never got "any service" at mass stores so was really surprised and impressed. WELL DONE PAUL!
