Charged *****ulently for delivery when free delivery promised
Directed to site page where a folding washline was advertised for R1800 clearly stating free delivery for orders over R500.
On checkout was charged without warning an extra R70.09 for delivery.
I call this *****ulent ambush marketing.

03 Sept 2024, 21:51Makro was quick to pretend to reply "privately" vsguely and evasively. No resolution in sight. I was charged for delivery promised "for free". I was called a bumber of times and voice communication was horribly unintelligible. I find it hard to believe that a company that side would have such poor communication, except for being intentional in otder to provide "plausible deniability. So far no goids received. They collected additional payment fir delivery they promisef "for free" and I feel a fool for having trusted them, when in my experience, trusying them is not justified.
