Charged for someone else's tv license.

Bought a tv and tv license from makro. After inspecting my invoice i see that i was charged for my new tv license as well as someone else's tv license. i went to makro to fix the issue, and was referred to sabc. this is a service you offer, now expect me to follow up on billing error you made. the salesman was gone as soon as he had rung his sale up.

No customer service. and i'm out of pocket R 1590 for someone else's tv license.

Very unhappy/
