Charged for an invalid contract phone

I was charged by Makro Silverlakes an amount of R446 for a contract phone that I do not have just because I app**** for one but the contract did not materialise due to the fact that the special that they were running expired before finalising the contract and we both agreed to cancel the contrac. I tried resolving the issue with them, it has been a month now but they are not helping at all. The consultant that was assisting me is Ettiene Bernard. I am so dissaponted with Makro Silverlakes they are reaping people off.
