Charge for delivery when they advertise it for free - Money ****
I placed an order end of last year for over R2000. It stated that when you order over R400 you will get free delivery. However when I make the order it showed R0 for delivery until I actually confirmed the payment. Makro then charged me for delivery. I then queried this and was then given a voucher to use in any makro store. THIS WAS MAKROS MESS UP NOT MINE!!! Why would I want to use a voucher in store when I have already spent over R2000?! I have called emailed and tried every platform available but Makro customer care is useless. NO ONE REPLIES!!! Again I must state that it has been 5 months and still no help what so ever.
