CHANGE YOUR COURIER COMPANY DPD LASER!!!!!!!!!

I am so disgusted with Makros online services I ordered stuff on the 22nd October 2022 till to date haven't received one order that's outstanding I call their customer service firstly the guy doesn't understand English instead of transferring me to someone who can he insists on helping which ends up with him telling me he doesn't know where it must go to its not with Makro I must speak to the courier company DPD LASER I call them they tell me they went to Soweto it was the incorrect address bare in mind no one called me or anything I had to take initiative and call them I speak to a lady called fortunate who apparently updates the system and arranges for delivering yesterday we waited till 3 nothing came we called again spoke to another agent who in turn transfers us to a colleague of hers Fatima instead of a superior Fatima tells us oh there's nothing she can do I called now again spoke to a consultant who has no clue as to where my order even is.
