change your courier company!!!!!!

good day. i didn't know it takes Makro's courier services almost two weeks to deliver a cellphone charger. i was suppose to receive it on 6th of march, nothing. i called on the 11th of march to enquire, they have to escalate it, so now i have to wait another 48 hours.

i still haven't received my or or any communication regarding my order. im SOOO fxcken annoyed. MAKRO PLEASE CANCEL YOUR DELIVERY COURIER. THEY THE WORST!!!!!!!!

i called yesterday for them to cancel my order. on my profile it still shows item out for delivery.

Makro your service delivery sucks!!! your customer care sucks!!!

all i want is for my order to be cancelled and for you to refund my money.

i promise to never support Makro ever again.
