Chair problems .. ongoing

So ive made numerous posts about the chair and eventually 2 months ago 2 people came to look at my chair and took pictures and nothing has been done since. It is supposed to be a heavy duty chair and its falling apart. I think Makro should collect this chair and credit me .. and then i come get a different chair
